Senior Motion & Graphic Designer

Two hours as the senior designer on a client's app launch, in your own tools: find the rules the brief breaks from the people who know, have an idea that works in the first second with the sound off, design the frames, animate the hook, turn it into every format and the in-app animation, set up an AI-assisted production flow that makes and checks the variants, crit a junior's work, and handle live ads that suddenly show the wrong number. AI tools welcome; we score your choices, then your craft.
