Plan, write, storyboard and make real content for Automaark, take a new client from zero, read ads and analytics properly, design marketing automation, and handle what comes up on our accounts on the day, in a workspace in your browser. Two focused hours, AI tools welcome; we score your line of thought.
Work out what to check before acting, by asking the people who know, then set a 90-day strategy against a real Automaark objective.
Plan two weeks and write one post from a real kind of client story, turn a CEO script into a shot-by-shot storyboard, and make one finished piece: a short video, a carousel or a designed post.
Take a newly signed client from zero to day 30, read Meta Ads and Google Analytics numbers that disagree, and design the automation from first message to booked call.
Something will come up on Automaark's accounts while you work. Deal with it as you would on the job.
Walk us through a piece of your own work in detail, and back it with evidence from inside the accounts you ran.
Everyone applying for this role is scored against these same criteria. Where possible, automated checks test whether your work really holds up; people review your reasoning.
You ask the right questions first, make real choices about audience and platform, and set targets you can defend.
Hooks, stories and scripts that make a busy founder stop, in a voice that is human and specific.
You can turn an idea into a finished piece with today's tools, and direct it rather than accept defaults.
Cost per qualified lead, not cost per click. You know why Meta, Google Analytics and the CRM disagree, and which to trust for what.
You can take a brand from zero in the right order, and design automation that is fast and personal without spamming anyone.
Screenshots from inside accounts you ran count more than anything you write. "Not yet" is a fine, honest answer.
You use AI to go faster and you catch it when it invents, flatters or goes generic.
You can explain exactly what you did on the work you show us, and it matches what we can see publicly.

Add your own accounts, accounts you've worked on and your portfolio, with a screenshot of each. Not timed.
120 minutes in your browser, in one sitting. Everything saves as you type.
Or let the clock run out. We review what you saved.
Your own accounts are the clearest evidence of how you think and create. We only look at what is public and what you choose to show us. We never ask for passwords.
No. You make one piece of content during the Lab and share it with us privately, by upload or link.
Yes, and we expect you to. We score your line of thought: your choices, the order you do things in, what you question. Answers pasted from a chatbot read like they could be about any company, and they score low.
Screenshots from inside accounts you worked on: insights, your role on the page, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or an automation you built. Blur anything confidential. A public profile screenshot shows the account exists; the inside shows you ran it, and scores higher.
After you submit, an AI assistant reads what you gave us (your answers, screenshots and public pages) and lists what it could and could not confirm. A person reviews everything and makes every decision.
No. Like real work, some answers live with people and in the numbers. During the Lab you can question our CEO and a client's founder with a small budget of questions, look through an ad account and analytics with a limited number of looks, and you are on duty for our social accounts. We read every question and see every step.
Yes. Labs runs on automaark.com, our own domain, and invitations come from careers@automaark.com. We will never ask for a password, payment or ID documents. If in doubt, email careers@automaark.com.
Yes, and we expect you to. You own everything you submit, so check what AI gives you, and tell us where it helped and where it was wrong. No help from another person. The full rules are on our AI-use page (labs.automaark.com/ai-use).
Only when you press Start. The deadline in your email is the last moment you can start. Pick any time before then that suits you; once you start, you finish in one sitting.
If our platform fails during your attempt, it's on us. Reply to your invite email and we'll give you a fresh attempt.
Your work is scored against the same written criteria as everyone else applying for that role. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute call about what they did.
We store your name, email, the links and screenshots you give us and your assessment work, only for this hiring process. Your work stays private, is never published, and is deleted within 12 months.
